At TabooAF, every piece in our collection is printed on demand and released as a limited run. We take quality seriously — and we want you to love what you receive.
Change of Mind
Because our products are printed to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you've ordered the wrong size, we're happy to arrange an exchange. To be eligible for a size exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
To request a size exchange, email us at hello@tabooaf.com.au with your order number and the size you need. We'll confirm availability and send through instructions.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a print defect, please contact us at hello@tabooaf.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the fault and we'll work with you to make it right. Each case is assessed individually and we'll always do our best to find a fair resolution.
Care Instructions
Our prints are DTF (Direct to Film) applied to AS Colour premium tees. To protect your print and extend the life of your garment, please follow these care instructions:
- Cold wash only
- Wash inside out
- No tumble dry
- Lay flat to dry
- Do not iron directly on the print
Please note that damage caused by improper care is not covered under our returns policy.
